Drive a side-by-side off-road vehicle through a private farmland and native forest on the guided UTV Tour. Woodhill Forest is home to a variety of birds and wildlife. As you explore the trails, you may spot tūī, kererū, and other bush birds among the pines and native trees. Wild deer can occasionally be spotted in the Muriwai forest area. You will also pass by grazing farm animals along scenic rural trails.
The farmland's peaceful setting offers a great chance to experience New Zealand’s natural environment while enjoying the outdoors and BYO picnic near the stunning waterfalls. You will follow an experienced guide along designated tracks, enjoying breathtaking farm views and the thrill of buggie driving.
Self-Drive UTV Tour to Waterfalls is designed for all skill levels - no prior off-road experience is required. Drivers must be a minimum of 18 years of age with passengers 12 years or older. Drivers must hold a restricted or full driver’s licence.

The vehicle entrance to Woodhill Forest is located at the end of Coast Road in Muriwai, West Auckland. Free parking is available there. From the carpark, a sign indicates the authorised access leading towards the forest. This is a privately owned and managed forestry area with limited public access. Entry is restricted to authorised users only, such as permitted vehicles, guided tours, and approved recreational activities.
